FINAL day

cooked pasta for my bro in the morning when i am already half dead..
as usual, first part of work is slack..
the SIA guy gave me and G biscuits to eat cause no one wanted to go esplanade to collect food..
it's about half an hour walk. HAHA!
started work and today's menu was good as well!
1. smoke duck with apple
2. chilled scallop with pineapple jello
3. oven baked abalone with cheese
4. stewed beef with radish
5. cream of mango
6. creme brulee
i got to see the race from the pit as well as the live screen.. shiok.
SIA suite was located diagonally from the starting point so it was a plus point!
witnessed the car that was on fire right below our suite! OH MY MAMA!! HAHAHAHA!
that's the limelight of the night i guess..
stewardess bought us titbits, nice hor!!
CAN U IMAGINE WE ATE DAMN LOT OF ABALONE AND THREW AWAY 2 BIG TRAYS!!!
all the stewardess chionged to kitchen for food. HAHAHAH!
threw away scallops,smoked duck and alot of desserts. sigh.
abalone leh!! we eat until sian.. sinful..
I TRIED BEEF! OMFG!
first time i had martini also!! 1.Perfect martini 2.Lychee martini 3.Cosmopolitan
me and G tried sitting in the SQ business suite and first class seat too!! omg.
awesome much! but i only have courage this time.
we were given free haagen dazs ice creams too. can't finish also.
took cab back, likeanice only.
nice experiences with many 'first' time. not bad..
i stood at an area whereby guests had to pay a few thousands. hmm.
and we have a bunch of siao siao chefs. HAHAHA!
i had an awesome experience! :DD
