prepared a main dish today, i did a few things i had never done before in my life!
E.g. I tried the seasonings on raw fish and of course rinse my mouth afterwards la! HAHAHA!
alot of people dropped the idea cause they found it gross, but since chef taught us then i just follow blindly. LOL!
Gonna let my family members be my guinea pigs!!! HAHA! Pan-fry breaded fish, broccoli, tomato sauce and pilaf rice! Practical test next week, i will panick and cry! HAHAH!
School at sentosa tmr.. sian!! People travel to sentosa for leisure while we go there for education!
but no doubt it can be quite a nice place to study, without considering the food prices. :D
