Rich Franklin, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Middleweight champion and current UFC light heavyweight competitor, recently came to Singapore to teach a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) seminar.
Teaching at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts, a Singapore MMA Academy located at PoMo Mall and Far East Square.

MMA is the toughest combat sport in the world, one that requires proficiency in multiple combat disciplines. Its best fighters know a combination of striking skills like Boxing and Muay Thai, as well as grappling disciplines like Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The UFC is recognized around the world as the big leagues of MMA, and is where the world's best fighters dream of going.
Speaking to xinmsn in an exclusive interview, Rich shared with us that he believed Singapore might be able to produce a world-class fighter in the future, one who could conceivably compete in the UFC.
"...I've never seen a facility that has this kind of resources," Rich said about Evolve. "Brazilian black belts that are teaching classes left and right, and world champion Thai trainers and boxing trainers, Thai fighters and boxers and all that kind of stuff."

Had a real fun time today with my groupmates! AWW! but a pity Xiao Wei was feeling so unwell and we made her go home! Basically, bao, Simin, Phyllis and I headed to Chijmes to do site survey and I really want to dine at the restarurants there some time! I love how atas their interios are! :D Bao promised me to go there de hor! MUAHAHAH! We headed to Raffles City to hunt for food zomg. Gong cha, chippy and everything nice! Continued our "fieldtrip" to Kampong Glam for next project. I swear I didnt know those streets are actually part of KG. I failed being a Singaporean. HAH! But we had a good time shopping at Haji Lane! SO SWEET N NICE STUFFS PLEASEEEEEE! ((((: Guess I have awesome muchhie group mates this sem! Thanks girls! :D Shall wait for Si Min to upload the pictures!

Today is... DADDY'S BIRTHDAY!!! wei bought him a Pedro wallet, doubt he will use. HAH! I bought him a cake, more practical right! LOL! Today is also the first time I got to wear the top twj bought for me from blogshop. LOL.
